Of course, if you have an indoor sauna your personal nudity in your own home may not be a problem that it could be for an outdoor sauna with windows.

Ensure that your sauna room is made of good, quality substance. Cedar is by far the best to use, but is also the most costly. If you consider the fact that it does not warp or rot, repels termites and retains heat well it may be an easy choice for you.
